Cats are good pets to have if you constantly on the go to work?

I am always on the way to work and usually leave the house for at least two days per week. However, I would like a pet and heard that cats can be good at this kind of environment and as long as it adequately water and food they will be fine if left alone. Is that true? And it would be better for me, a kitten, so that they can adapt this type of plan from an early age or an older cat? In response to Tara and Future “answering”. . . This is a question whether or not I should bring a cat in my life. Please do not barrage me with strong reactions and make it sticky, I feel bad for even thinking about from this election. Thanks.

Now it is definitely a better pet than a dog. But they still get unhappy if left alone, and maybe things that they do not have done that. But two days a week is not much, so it might ok sein.Meine cat had a wonderful life, and he was a very happy cat, and behaved very well. But every time we leave it in all the things that were normally prohibited may, would directly went to the dining table. But once we were back at home he never did these things. . .

Hamsters are very easy to keep. The only need water and food in their cages and they are all set. You could for a while with them and you would not care about them.

Cats are good for this, but if you get a kitten you have two, because they hurt more than two ‘but I suggest getting an older cat, because cats need a lot of attention or !!!!! Trust me !!!!!!!!! I have three plus, if you need your cat to have to teach, was the food and bathroom !!!!! Therefore, you should get a cat who is 2-5 years old !!!!!!!!

Maybe if you have a cat, it does not matter if your not there or really self-centered. Others show a young energetic young kitten would not be the best. Pic a hamster, a hamster or a chinchilla.

Cats are more independent than dogs but a cat getting lonely. . . . consider two adult cats, they are talking to each other while you’re away. A kitten is apt to be much more attention need to be alone for a few days. Just make sure either of those get a litter box that bullets – or someone come in clean it while you are away bist.Das a smell you do not want to come home!

Yes, cats do really well with this type of habitat. In the summer we always have to go to our beach house for a few days a week, and the cats we had were good! it might be a little annoyed back when you, because your absence, but then its okay. More than dogs, cats like their personal space, to be alone isn’t too bad. Im not sure if you get a cat or a kitten, but both have had to adapt to this type of condition, and while they where food and water would be known, they were both fine.

I can not believe that nobody has called you in this case. While cats are generally more independent than dogs and can survive short periods without direct supervision, this is * not * responsible pet ownership. There is a difference between leaving a pet alone for a weekend every few months and at least * * * 2 days per week. * However, forbidding it may seem, cats are social pack animals. They need attention from their pack leader (that’s you). It is selfish to put your request for an animal before the needs of the animal. Get some Pflanzen.Sie people to justify giving up your pets for at least two days a week trying to simply irresponsible.

If the longest that you always had only two days, then – yes, a cat may well, as long as you have a clean litter box, large bowl of dry food, provide fresh water, various toys and a scratching post, for the Kitty. As far as getting a kitten — I do not know, they can be quite strenuous, and so curious about everything, as they are, they can get themselves in trouble, too. If you decide to get a kitten – even an adult cat, de-kitty to leave the home before you by the (mostly) all electrical lines drawn in the eyes from the sockets, so your cat does not get electric shock or burn may the house down. Even away from any place / any fragile glasses, figurines, etc. Remember, when you’re away, your cat is going to be bored and a bored kitty can get in trouble too real easy. Good luck, you make that decision.

While I’m sure this answer will get flamed (along with a separate question, and for that I’m sorry. Some people need to learn, just shut up:)) so that a cat alone for longer than two days of non- -go to töten.Wenn it a cat with enough food and water to leave, they will be fine. How can I know? Because I have friends who have done it before. Cats-are-very independent. This “package” mentality that you are trying to raise cats in any way, that of the dogs. Again speaking from personal Erfahrung.I do-not recommened to get a kitten if you be out of the house for more than one day. Kittens are, in essence, like children. You have to adapt their home, and you are part of your home! Every cat or dog is the same, but I would rather say that a kitten is more “fragile”, as a Erwachsener.Und, yes, for God’s sake! Make sure you Haus.Auch Kitty-proof plan when you are away for an extended period of time expect to find urine or feces outside the litter box. All cats are different, with different moods. So many cats are prone to rebel. : P
