My dog ??has little red bumps into his armpits pussy they do not seem to bother him much but he has been itching. ?
He itches a little more than normal. . I am takin him to the vet tomorro, but the spots look horrible is there anything I can do to help soothe them. They are little red bumps that look a lot like pimples they are in his armpits and on his lower belly. Any ideas what it could be so I could prepare my self for the bill?? Please help. .
They could be flea bites. Or he could be allergic to something.

Fleas, mites, heat rash, we are only guessing, the vet has the answer. It would be hard to suggest something for comfort, since we do not know what is wrong, what we suggest might make it worse.
they might be from the heat, and dehydration. my dog ??gets those go to the vet and they will give you a special shampoo to make them go away.
If it is not fleas, ticks, or mange I have no idea what it could be.
My dog ??has the same thing! he is a basset hound and he has skin rashes like yours. What i do is i stay desetin and gold bond baby powder to treat it. Do this procedure for at least twice a week. It works very well! By the way do not take him to the vet they’ll just give you expensive ointment for it. Hope i helped!

it might be a staph infection my brothers had one pit bull when he was a puppy the vet said its pretty common.
my guess would be my dog ??used to dry skin spots soon on his back that were red and bumpy that he would scratch until they bled the vet told us it was dry skin go get some dog shampoo for dry skin i would try that first get b4 going to the vet

I would try giving him a bath then using calamine lotion or some benadryl. I know for sure you can give dogs benadryl and that should help the itching. When you go to the vet tomorrow do not let them talk you into spending crazy amounts of money on things that do not sound right. Good Luck!
