Where is she bleeding from? Or do you mean she’s in heat add: a heat cycle normally lasts three weeks, but the bleeding should only last 1 to 2 weeks during the cycle. You need to keep her away from all intact males, as 9 months is way too young for her to have puppies – it’s like a 13 year-old girl getting pregnant.

Well I’ve never had to go through this as I have always spayed my dogs neutered at before they reach maturity. Good luck I’d say keep her away from any other dogs and maybe inside the house for at least 3 weeks.

hello, heat cycle’s last for about 21 day’s. the actual time she wants to continue will vary. it really depends on your girl. usually 70-10 day’s, but i have seen some bleed their entire heat cycle, while others not at all bleed barb

I would think for only about a week. But she’s old enough to be spayed now. Ask your vet and your vet can tell you when the bleeding will stop and when it is okay to get her spayed.

She’ll be in heat for weeks 2-3. Do not let her out loose. If you leave her outside, put her in a kennel that can not be dug under or climbed over. As soon as she’s out of heat, get her spayed. – -

Around weeks or up to third The bleeding part is only one part of her heat cycle actual. While she’s in heat, Decide Whether to spay her or not. Make your decision an informed one – read up about mammary cancer and pyometra, Which kills 25% of unspayed dogs. Get her spayed before her next heat if you’re not breeding from her. Chalice
