I have a 10 month old male cocker spaniel 2 days, and he will not leave my side. He is with my husband crazy when he take the ball out of his mouth when trying to play fetch. Is it normal to be for a cocker, so affectionate, especially with women? He seems to love women, but not hear, or warming up for the males. haha, same with my dog. It’s all about women, especially my mother, but does not seem to love our Daddy! She is a cocker spaniel too, and we had one before it, the same act. I’m not quite sure why. I think that because my mother treated our dog like a baby. She cuddles her and stuff. My father thinks his crazy, he says shes just a dog not a human being. Maybe your husband, they try to cuddle more, he may not want to guess at, but your dog may be more to it.
