What is an athletic dog breed thats good a leash?

issue of : What is an athletic dog breed thats good leash
I go cycling, hiking, camping and many other outdoor activities. I will want to take my first dog but a race / s, which would run with me as a race that I teach are, without a leash, while you could find these activities. I’ve done a lot of research on dog breeds and have reached an impasse. So if anyone has any ideas I would appreciate Best Answer:

any sporting breed, as long as you train them or they are already trained to be on a leash. Just do a little research on the sporting breeds such as retrievers labs, dogs, Irish setters, and shepherds

Labs and German Shepherds are brilliant for outdoor activities, including collies are good if you have the time to have put into them. Probably best to stay clear of greyhounds, though, as they are only designed for short sprints and are obliged to run away when they spot a rabbit or something.

A Boykin Spaniel. They are very energetic and loyal. They are found mostly in the south, as it the state of South Carolina dog. They are not very common, which is kind of nice. Most people would think they are very expensive because they are not very common, but they are not.
