I do not know about the foaming at the mouth ….. possible rabies. It should not be the cat, because cats lick it one normal tendesy everywhere. if the cat is injured or killed just so u should sue the company

Probably tasted disgusting. This leads to foam at the mouth. The bigger concern is overdose. A Great Pyrenees needs a lot more than a cat flea prevention has enabled them to be sure she is getting to be a small fraction of the amount of dog.
