Okay, I have lessons once a week, but I want to do more for my riding muscles so that I can actually get better at riding. What are some exercises I can do to get my muscles in shape for riding per week?

    Well, I would run. I run cross country and thats have a definite advantage, it makes you really big calf muscles. and this has helped me really, you have to do it, even though everyday life. Ur foot on the ball of the steps, like their stirrups and a stretch. Hope this helped.
