Well, indoor or outdoor? An indoor arena can be quite expensive, and if you look after the horses only, I suggest you log on to an arena trailor you can ride but if you want one outside, then I suggest closing some pasture, replace the grass with sand, and you’re good! As Abby said, it depends on what size etc. .. But I personally would not with sand. I’d go for mixed sand and rubber … that way you get an all weather arena … and put in some drains … The farm I built there from scratch and then it cost £ 3000 so its not too expensive
