It depend on a lot. Would you build it or have a company do it. Wood varies at different prices as well. Would you have electric? Water? Barns are made in all different ways. . . so it’s hard unless your good with estimates for construction:)
I have a steel building (Cleary) with 2 stalls. It’s not big, there is no tackroom (we are going to build that part ourselves). But just to have the building put up, the stalls built, and water / power run the the building, it cost us about $ 30,000. And like I said, my building is small (24 X40 I think). I would have preferred a bigger one but that’s all I could afford.
