I can cover as a regular saddle pad? I have delivered a being, but will go tomorrow.?

question of angie jean bear : Can I use a regular blanket as saddle pad? I have delivered a being, but will go tomorrow.?
I will do light travel (mostly on foot). I have a horse in front of two days must be laid on a little weight, so take it slowly. I’m going for about 20 to 30 minutes or less to reiten.Vielen Thanks to all. I’ve had many horses and I have a saddle pad on the way, but it will not get here for about a week. I think I’m going to try the towel idea Best Answer.

yeah, just fold it in half, and make sure there is nothing that remains irritating it. The friend of my mother uses regular ceiling all the time.

Regular ceiling in ceiling, that you bring on your bed? Should absolutely not! If you ask this is, have there no way a horse.

Well, for a one time thing, it should be fine, but if your getting a horse, you should really get a true saddle pad.

That sounds like it would be ok if you are sure that it does not make piles. If there is only 20 to 30 minutes on foot, it should be fine. It’s good your starting slowly. Be good only on foot will do if he gained weight and need to build shells.

lol well it depends. There are certain ceilings make for western riders use a saddle blankets. Is it one of your bed? Or is it meant for riding? Some people use quilts as saddle blankets to take only natural light. If I were you though, I would not risk it. You should have a Schabracke.Hoffe, helped :)

Yup. Only in half, fold it and make sure it is flat. Maybe someone has an extra atr your barn? I do not know what these idiots are ‘problems. Do not listen to them. Have fun with your new horse! :]

I would not use one that comes on a bed, but a soft cloth is fine for a temporary seat cover, if your saddle fits pretty well. Make sure the blanket folded in half and that it is not to bunch, though. Happy riding!

well theres a thing called and Indian blanket its not like the kind you on ure bed, but we use them as saddle blankets in the West, because too much more comfortable on the horse, it seems more likely, I usually use it because if I bareback and not , so dirty. But if that is not too blamket thck and not so thin, I should think, to hear it ok, now u really should not ride him / her, to put it on a good amount of wieght and he trusts u more, it is very important a bond with your horse instead riddingwhy you dont for walks and let it graze here and there, its good for u both! it is for riding in the log run it for atleast one ride iwouldnt week, I never get help on a horse 2 weeks ago

I would use a towel. A blanket would be too bulky! Just take a towel, fold it in half and make sure it is flat and without wrinkles. Congratulations on your new horse
